Licenses

In accordance with the new requirements to the activity of auditing organizations, the Company made re-registration and obtained the State License under the AF #00531 dated 30 January, 2008 of the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan which allows the Company to conduct the auditing of all organization without any restrictions in Uzbekistan. Also the Company has obtained the certificate of Central Bank under the #14 dated 19 August, 2011, that enables the Company to conduct the auditing of commercial banks.

Also the Company is included into the list of audit companies issued by the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan which allows the Company to participate in audits of the state-owned organizations with the state share of more than 50%.

The Civil Law responsibility of the Company is insured in the Insurance Agency "Madad" in Uzbekistan with the amount of EURO 500 000.

The Company obtained the Certificate of Management Quality System on International Standards of DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 from German Certification Board «TUV International Certification». In the June 2010 the Company successfully passed the first supervisory audit, and in June 2011 second supervisory audit of MQS.
